• Introducing a new Google presentations
  Whether you’re trying to wow your boss with an end-of-quarter presentation or impress your classmates with an animated book report, the new version of presentations can help. Here’s a quick look at the latest features available in presentations:
  • Character-by-character collaboration lets you see others’ updates as you edit presentations together.
  • Chat with collaborators directly within the presentation.
  • Draw organizational charts, flowcharts, design diagrams and much more right within Google presentations.
  • Transition between slides to add more effects to your presentation.
  • New and improved animations make your presentations more dynamic.
  • Shape linking lets you turn shapes within your presentation into hyperlinks that link to other slides, presentations, or webpages.
  • Revision history stores edits so you can revert back to previous versions.
  • New themes make it easy to create show-stopping presentations.

• Google Docs are more accessible
  To help blind users read, edit and navigate content, Google Docs (including documents list, documents and spreadsheets) and Sites now support two screen readers: JAWS and ChromeVox. Learn more
  
• Paint format tool in documents
  The new paint format tool in Google documents lets you copy the style of your text -- including font, size, color and other formatting options -- and apply it somewhere else in your document in a single click. Learn more
  
• Google Fusion Tables in documents list
  Google Fusion Tables let you easily gather, visualize and collaborate on data online. Now, you can create one directly from your documents list. Learn more
  
• Drag-and-drop images in drawings
  You can now drag-and-drop an image from your computer into a Google drawing. From there, add text, shapes, or any other drawings flair.
  
• Comment-only access in documents
  With this new sharing option, you can allow people to view and comment on a document without giving them the ability to directly edit the document.
  
• Subtotal function in spreadsheets
  Use the subtotal function to summarize spreadsheet data in various ways. It also works well with filters so you can get the most information out of your spreadsheet quickly and easily. Learn more
  
• Page numbers and page count in documents
  Keep track of pages in a long document by adding page numbers or the total page count to your document. Learn more
  
• Print Google Docs in one click from your mobile device
  We’ve made it easier to print on the go directly from your mobile documents list. Once you enable Google Cloud Print, simply select a document from the documents list and click on Actions > Print from the bottom toolbar.
  
• 46 languages supported in the Google Docs App for Android
  With the Google Docs App for Android, you can now create, edit, upload, and share docs from your phone in 46 languages.
  
• Insert images from your Android phone into a document
  You can now take pictures with your phone and insert them into a Google document using the Web Clipboard feature in the Google Docs App for Android. Learn more

  You’ll now find help snippets for every single function directly in your spreadsheets and improved help documentation in the Google Docs Help Center
  
• Documents list gets a new look and keyboard shortcuts
  As part of our effort to provide an improved and consistent web experience across Google products, you can now try out a new look for the documents list by clicking on Try the new look in the upper right of your documents list. You can also sharpen your documents list skills with new keyboard shortcuts.
  
• Use Google spreadsheets charts in your documents and drawings
  You can now copy and paste a chart from a spreadsheet into a document or drawing. Learn more
  
• Try four new Google spreadsheets chart types
  You can try four new chart types to Google spreadsheets: candlestick, combo, geomap and treemap. Learn more
  
• Copy and paste Google drawings
  You can now copy shapes from drawings and paste shapes into drawings embedded in Google spreadsheets, documents and presentations, or use the web clipboard to move a drawing from a document into the standalone drawing editor. Learn more
  
• Added support for right-to-left tables
  If you’ve enabled right-to-left text editing for your docs, you’ll now have the option to create tables in your documents that are visually right-to-left. Learn more
  
• Improved spreadsheets shortcuts
  Sharpen your spreadsheets skills by hitting Ctrl+/ (or Cmd+/ on a Mac) to pull up a list of shortcuts.
  
• Support for conversion of PPTX files to Google presentations
  You can convert PPTX files to Google presentations by either uploading the file from your desktop or converting the file from your documents list. Learn more
  
• New file types available for the Google Docs Viewer
  You can now view and download ZIP and RAR files in the Google Docs Viewer and in your documents list. Learn more
  
• New features for Google Docs videos
  You can now embed your videos in Google Sites or on the web, and you can add captions to any of your videos. Learn more
  
• Improvements to mobile Google Docs
  An updated look to mobile Google Docs that includes the ability to sort, narrow, and share multiple docs in your mobile docs list.
  
• The Google Docs Help Center gets a makeover
  We reorganized the help center to make finding useful help articles easier and more efficient. Learn more
  
• Improvements to Google Cloud Connect
  If you’ve uploaded Microsoft Office files to Google Docs, you can now open them from within Microsoft Office using Google Cloud Connect. Learn more
  
• Improvements to discussions
  We’ve added a handful of improvements to discussions including document statistics, collapsible discussions, improved email notifications, and a more detailed discussion pane.
  
• Pivot tables in spreadsheets
  Pivot tables make it easy to process and summarize large data sets in seconds. Learn more in the step-by-step guide or by watching the video below.
  
• Upload images in spreadsheets
  You can now upload images stored on your computer, search for an image online, or add personal photos directly from one of your Picasa Web Albums to spreadsheets. Learn more
  
• Docs Android App
  Search, view, and share Google Docs on the go with the new Docs app for Android. Download the app from Android market, and you’ll be able to work anywhere with an internet connection. Download the app
  
• Improved file upload
  You can now upload entire folders, drag-and-drop files to your documents list to start an upload, and manage your uploads in the new progress window. Learn more
  
• Pagination in documents
  You can now see visual page breaks on your screen. If you're using Google Chrome, you'll also be able to print without needing to download and open a PDF. Learn more
  
• Improved printing in spreadsheets
  Take advantage of new desktop printing options and the ability to print a Google spreadsheet to any cloud-connected printer from your mobile device. Learn more
  
• 38 more languages and minimize toolbar in Google Cloud Connect
  Google Cloud Connect for Microsoft Office is now available in 38 more languages. You can also minimize Google Cloud Connect by clicking on the new minimize arrow. Learn more
  
• Revision history in drawings
